This Privacy Policy explains how CoreVU Labs (“CoreVU”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you visit corevulabs.com, request a demo, or use the CoreVU Property Management Pro platform and its connected apps (collectively, the “Services”).

CoreVU is a real estate ERP combining CRM, leasing, sales, facilities, inspections, assets, procurement, a double-entry finance ledger, workflow automation, and governed AI. Much of the data processed in the platform belongs to our business customers; this policy describes both the data we control directly and our role when we process data on a customer’s behalf.

For website visitors, prospects, and account administrators, CoreVU Labs acts as a data controller. When a customer uses CoreVU to manage their tenants, owners, leads, contracts, work orders, and financial records, that customer is the controller and CoreVU Labs acts as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Account & contact data — name, business email, phone number, company, role, and credentials of administrators and users.
• Customer operational data — records you enter into the platform such as leads, contacts, leases and sale agreements, units and properties, work orders, inspections, assets, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and ledger entries.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature interactions, used to operate and secure the Services.
• Communications — demo requests, support tickets, and messages sent via email, web forms, or our WhatsApp business line.

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation between customer workspaces.
• Respond to demo requests, enquiries, and support.
• Send service and administrative messages (and marketing only where permitted).
• Power governed AI features that assist with the customer’s own data.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including VAT records).

CoreVU’s AI features operate within a customer’s own workspace and are scoped by the same role-based permissions and tenant isolation as the rest of the platform. Customer data is not used to train third-party foundation models, and AI outputs are generated to assist authorised users rather than to make automated decisions with legal effect without human review.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; your consent (which you may withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Vetted sub-processors that host and operate the Services on our behalf.
• Professional advisers, auditors, and authorities where legally required.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.

Sub-processors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

CoreVU Labs operates from India and the UAE and serves customers across the GCC and India. Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection laws.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Customer operational data is retained per the customer’s instructions and the Data Processing Agreement, and is deleted or returned on termination.

We use tenant isolation, role-based access control, encryption in transit, audited access, and a least-privilege model to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. For data held within a customer’s workspace, please contact that customer; we will assist them as a processor. To exercise rights regarding data we control, contact us using the details below.
