Terms of service
The terms that govern your access to and use of the CoreVU Property Management Pro platform and corevulabs.com.
Last updated 24 June 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoreVU Property Management Pro platform, its connected apps, and corevulabs.com (the “Services”), provided by CoreVU Labs (“CoreVU”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing an order form, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
2. The Services
CoreVU is a multi-tenant real estate ERP that brings CRM, leasing, sales, listings, facilities and work orders, inspections, assets and maintenance, inventory and procurement, a double-entry finance ledger, workforce operations, workflow automation, and governed AI into one backend with seven connected apps. We may update, enhance, or modify features over time; material reductions to core functionality will be communicated in advance where practicable.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information.
- You must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account and those of users you provision.
- Access is licensed per authorised user and may not be shared between individuals.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Paid plans are billed per user, per month (or as set out in your order form). Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT, which you are responsible for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may revise pricing on renewal with prior notice.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you and your users submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services. Our handling of personal data within Customer Data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Services except as permitted by law.
- Upload malware or attempt to breach tenant isolation or access controls.
- Probe, scan, or overload the infrastructure, or circumvent usage limits.
- Use AI features to generate unlawful content or to make unfair automated decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and documentation, are owned by CoreVU Labs and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
8. Availability and support
We target high availability with tenant-isolated infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause downtime. Any specific service levels apply only if set out in a separate written agreement.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g. payment, messaging, or email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party offerings.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CoreVU is a tool to support your operations and financial record-keeping; you remain responsible for verifying outputs, including AI-assisted and accounting results.
To the extent permitted by law, CoreVU Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the Services. You may terminate by ending your subscription. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and Customer Data is handled per the Data Processing Agreement.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form, or where none is stated, the United Arab Emirates. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@corevulabs.com.
